Advocate Pro Suite grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one computer for your personal legal practice. This license is for a single advocate or law firm.

• You may install on one computer at a time
• You may not share, resell or distribute the software
• You may not reverse-engineer or decompile the software
• Trial versions may be used for evaluation only — not for commercial use without purchase

2. Permitted Use

The software is designed for:

• Individual advocates and lawyers practising in India
• Small law firms and chambers
• Legal professionals for managing their own practice

3. Prohibited Use

• You may not use the software for any illegal purpose
• You may not sell, sublicense or rent the software to others
• You may not use the software to store data for clients you do not legally represent
• You may not modify, adapt or create derivative works from the software

4. Data Ownership

All client data, case records, fees and documents you enter into Advocate Pro Suite belong entirely to you. The software stores everything locally on your computer. Advocate Pro Suite makes no claim over your data.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.

5. Trial Version

The free trial version is provided for evaluation purposes. After the trial period, you must purchase a license to continue using the software. Trial versions are fully functional but time-limited.

6. Updates

Software updates may be provided from time to time. Updates may change features, fix bugs or improve performance. You are responsible for downloading and installing updates.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Advocate Pro Suite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The software will meet every specific legal requirement
• Data will never be lost (always maintain your own backups)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Advocate Pro Suite and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or business interruption.

By creating an account on advocate-pro-suite.com you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password confidential
• Not create accounts for others without permission
• Write honest, genuine reviews based on actual use
• Not submit false, misleading or abusive reviews
